Which doesn’t sound like a huge difference, but when you multiply those numbers by the millions of babies born throughout the world, it ends up being a significant discrepancy.
All of that is changing, though.
Since 1970, the number of male babies compared to female babies born in the US has been in steady decline. We are seeing the same trend throughout the world.
