High T Marriage has become Peakmarriage.com. Welcome!

From 0 to 672 in Eight Weeks

By now, many of you are familiar with the TED Talk video where Amy Cuddy discusses how dominant poses can increase testosterone levels and decrease cortisol levels. If you’ve been a coaching client, I know you’re familiar with it because it’s very likely been a coaching assignment for you.

So what happens when you take this idea one step further? That’s exactly what Mike Cernovich of Danger and Play decided to find out.

Mike says he raised his testosterone levels from 0 to 672 in only eight weeks by doing exercises he calls ‘alpha male body language exercises’. Sounds too good to be true? Well, there is some science that tells us that just as our hormones affect our behavior, our behavior can also affect our hormones.

But can you really increase your T levels that much simply by doing specific exercises? I honestly have no idea. While it may not seem likely, it certainly seems to have worked for Mike. I don’t know Mike Cernovich personally, but he seems like a straight-up kind of guy, and he’s been willing to post his lab work to show the results of his experiment. It may be that these results are specific only to him, but it may be that you can benefit from them, as well.

It’s an exciting idea to think that there are some concrete steps you can take to raise your testosterone levels without resorting to T therapy. In any case, there’s nothing to lose except a little time, and a lot of potential gain.

So, if the idea of being able to raise your T levels naturally sounds good to you, give it a shot and see what happens. Leave a comment and let us know whether it worked for you.
